Public agreement on the terms of use of the site's information resources

Public agreement on the terms of use of information resources of the site https://centreoffice.com.ua/  (hereinafter — Agreement) is concluded between LLC «BUREAU OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND SECRETARIAL SERVICES «DILEVOIY CENTER» (hereinafter — Owner) and any person using the materials of the site https://centreoffice.com.ua  (hereinafter — User), hereinafter jointly referred to as — Parties).

General Provisions

The following terms and conditions determine the procedure for using the information resources of the site https://centreoffice.com.ua/ (hereinafter — Site), namely, providing the User with access to free and paid information resources through the Site.

This Agreement is a public offer and, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, has the appropriate legal force.

The Site is an object of copyright, which is protected in the territory of Ukraine, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights" dated December 23, 1993 No. 3792-XII.

All copyrights to the Site belong to the Owner. The Site Owner ensures the reliability and relevance of the information presented on the Site as of the date of its publication. The site owner does not assume financial or other liability for the interpretation and results of the use of this information.

Registration on the Site confirms that the User has fully understood the content of the terms of this Agreement, including the limitation of liability, and has accepted these terms without any reservations.

Registration on the Site grants the User the right to access the information resources posted on the Site.

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

1.1. In order to obtain the right to access the information resources of the Site, the User must first express his consent to this Agreement. The User does not have authorized access to the information resources of the Site if he has not accepted or does not agree with the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. Upon the User's agreement to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the invoice, the User is granted access to the paid information resources of the Site.

Information resources are provided in the form of ready-made materials and do not provide for subsequent revisions.

1.3. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his login or password to access the Site, the User undertakes to immediately notify the Owner by sending a message to info@ibuhgalter.net.

1.4. The User has the right to stop using the Site at any time, without notifying the Owner.

1.5. To gain access to paid resources, the User may be required to provide additional information (for example, contact information, legal entity information, and other contact details) in order to continue using the Site's information resources.

The User agrees and warrants that any information provided by the User during the registration process will be accurate, valid, and up-to-date at the time of registration on the Site.

The User agrees to the processing of the provided data, including personal data, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), distribution (including transfer) and destruction of data included in the following list of information:

last name, first name, patronymic;

telephone numbers;

email addresses;

information about the address of registration of the legal entity.

1.6. The User agrees not to access (or attempt to access) any paid information resources posted on the Site in any other way than through the interface provided by the Company.

1.7. If the User exceeds the limits of the rights granted to him or violates this Agreement, the Site Owner has the right to restrict or prohibit access to the Site's information resources.

1.8. The Site Owner constantly implements new developments in order to provide services to Users. The User acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the services (site design, amount of information provided, subject matter, etc.) may change without prior notice to the User.

2. Access to the Site's information resources

Access to paid information resources of the Site is subject to prior payment for such access in the amounts established by the Owner.

The Site Owner reserves the right to provide part of the Site's information resources free of charge.

3. Responsibility of the Parties

3.1. The Site's information resources are posted without any guarantees, implicit or otherwise. The Site Owner is not responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the information contained in the site materials, its compliance with the User's requirements.

3.2. All risks arising from the use of the Site's information resources are borne by the User. The Site Owner is under no circumstances liable for any losses incurred by the User.
