STAGES OF ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC ORGANIZATION

Holding the Founding Meeting:
Where the purpose, fields of activity, official name, and registered address of the public organization are determined; the charter is approved; and the director or governing body is elected. The meeting concludes with an official resolution to create the public organization, documented in the meeting minutes.
