Modifying the amount of a legal entity's charter capital is an inherent right of its founders. Like any other operational changes, changing a company’s charter capital is subject to state registration.

The law sets no minimum or maximum statutory thresholds for an LLC's charter capital, allowing it to be increased or decreased to any amount. However, if you need to change your LLC's charter capital, the following conditions must be taken into account:

Prior to an increase, the existing charter capital must be 100% paid up..
In the event of a capital reduction, all creditors must be notified within three days of approving the resolution. The resolution itself comes into force three months after state registration.
